We are currently seeking a team to conduct the final evaluation of the Partnership for ODFL in the Pacific Project covering the period from 1 November 2020 – 28 February 2025.
Eligibility:
The process of selection will be premised on at least three factors: (1) proven competence in Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) of multi-country development projects, with evidence of successful prior engagement in similar initiatives, particularly in education, skills development, or digital learning; (2) demonstrated value for money, as reflected in the proposed costs and resource allocation; and (3) extensive experience working with small island developing states in the Pacific region, ensuring cultural competency, policy familiarity, and contextual sensitivity in the evaluation process.
